~I got Food Pantry groceries at Walmart & Smiths, along with some for ourselves, at Albertson's. I dropped them off, then went to Big Lots for applesauce. They were out of peanut butter. I dropped off Kiss my Pig cookies for the Napa Boys.

~Back home, I finished the load of laundry Mike started yesterday, swept the floors, sorted tea bags into snack bags.

~I made a Button Medallion Choker in Cardinal Red.

~I made Mike a grilled cheesy hotdog wrap for supper.

~Mike took me to work. I finished stuffing eggs before starting bulletins. With 4 baptisms on Sunday, I made times more bulletins then usual. We gave a way 15 bags at the Food Pantry. I helped take down banner & change the altar hangings.

~Date Nite: I carried the 1911. After warmups, we shot in the dark with flashlights, on the move.

Snow!

~At the office, I worked on regular Sunday bulletins, along with Tennebrae, Maundy Thursday & Good Friday bulletins. I stuffed a few eggs. It ended up snowing most of the day, but was melted by 3pm.

~At home, I sorted sugar & rice into baggies for the Food Pantry.

~We had sausage egg wraps for supper.

~I started a Durango Hat in unknown Grey Heather.

~Mike took me to work, where we finished the newsletter. I paid bills, worked on bulletins & filled plastic eggs for the hunt on Easter. I also helped carry the ladder to take the purple cover off the Sanctuary cross & put up the red drape.

~We stopped at the sign store & ordered signs for the craft show.

~I finished the edging on a Colorblock granny square lap blanket & worked on scrap squares.

~We had meatball wraps for supper & watched 2 more episodes of Merlin.

~I made a batch of Dark Chocolate Macaroon Cookies & swept the floors.

~I recycled my aluminum (6.6lbs=$4.20), dropped off Peanut Butter Crispies for the Napa Boys, bought a skein of Baby Bee Hushabye in Naked(used a 40%-off coupon) for a special-order hat, got a few things at Albertson's and put gas ($3.59 per gallon) in the Jeep.

~Back home, I made a Sedona hat in the Naked with Boo Pink stripe & flower pin. It's cute!

~We had omelet wraps for supper.

~I made a Baby Girly Hat in the above mentioned Naked/Boo.

~We attended 10:30 A.M. service, where I served as Crucifer, Lay Reader, Acolyte & LEM. Mike was Usher. We enjoyed coffee hour & helped clean up afterwards.

~We splurged & had take out for lunch & ice cream for supper.

~At the office, I worked on bulletins, prayers, newsletter & calenders. After work, i made a stop before going home, but then got a call from Fr. Jim right as I came in the door(about 1/2 hour after I left work). I went back up to collect a booth fee for the craft fair.

~We had pepperoni omelet wraps for supper.

~We watched The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc. It was very good.

~We spent the day at the range helping with CCW Draw Class.

~Date Nite: After warmups, we did 2-shot hammers (2-yard line, one sight picture for first shot, then rapid fire on second shot), 3-shot hammers, then Failure Drill(2 to the body, 1 to the head) hammers. We then went down range & shot from retention(gun close to body), with head shots & moving back one step, & at angles. After break, we had a contest with Randy. We would shoot our weapons at 25 yards, then he would shoot our weapons at 25 yards. We did this 3 times. Though he won overall, I won all 3 of my shots! It was an awesome night!!

~Deacon Sam led us on Stations of the Cross before starting our Daughters of the King meeting. On the way home, I stopped by Hobby Lobby for yarn.

~I made Cornbread, a different flavor in each dish: Plain, cheese & green chile.

~I made a Butterfly Pinafore in Baby Bee Hushabye Baby Blue's with sparkly yellow buttons.

~We went to Susan's 10-year sober birthday party.

~We had pepperoni omelet wraps for supper.

~We watched Ironclad. It was awesome!!

~Mike drove me to work. I had perfect bulletins with no edits! Ms. Jeannine didn't come in, but she did put smiley faces & A+ on the fronts in red. I was done with bulletins quick. We received the first two booth reservations for the spring craft show.

~I made a Wenatchee Hat in unknown Charcoal/Cool Pearls.

We had omelet/turkey sausage wraps for supper.

SNOW!!!

Yesterday was cold & cloudy. We woke up to snow this morning.

~Mike drove me to work, then cleared the sidewalks around the church. I mailed bills, worked on the newsletter & printed out bulletins for the committal.

~Date Nite: After warmups, we worked on going slower to feel the gun. I was off, I think because people in the big range were being unsafe with their weapons. The glass in between is not bullet-proof. After break, we shot with our eyes closed & I did better.

~I attended 10:30 A.M. service where I served as Crucifer, LEM, Lay Reader & Acolyte. I helped clean up after coffee hour.

~I spent most of the afternoon making contact with local Abq crafters for the show in May. I have 10 people interested!

~I made an Ascot Boa Scarf in Lion Brand Fancy Fur Stormy Sea/retro TG & Y Sayelle Turquoise.

~Mom called & we talked for quite a while.

~We watched two more hours of Streets of Laredo.

~At the office, I made edits to the bulletins with Ms. Jeannine, paid bills, printed/folded/stuffed bulletins, worked on the March newsletter(like to get a jump on everything!). We got our first request for an application to the May craft show! So excited now!!

~I made Mike a chicken bacon cheese wrap for supper. I had split pea & ham soup.

~We watched Rooster Cogburn. Though this movie is 37 years old, it is one of the BEST! Eula Goodnight is the original church lady/gunfighter. She's my hero!

~At the office, I worked on bulletins. Ms. Jeannine came in with edits to the newsletter & I printed her out a bulletin for edits. I got the newsletter printed/collated/stapled/addressed.

~I made a special-order Boa Scarf in KU colors: Red Heart Supersaver Royal, Crafters Corner eyelash in Medium golden yellow & Lion Brand Homespun Covered Bride(mixed reds). It's pretty!

~I made Mike a grilled cheesy wrap, sweet pickle & Sunchip supper. We watched 2 more episodes of Firefly.

~Mike drove me to work & he attended 10am service. I paid bills & enjoyed coffee hour. I worked on the newsletter.

~Date Nite: This was moved to tonight due to a special CCW class scheduled for Thu-Fri. That class was cancelled. After warmups, we worked on specific requests from students. Reloading, not now & trigger control. I did mess up my first reload, but did find that if I loosen up on my grip, my shots are better. I am still the most accurate of the class. One drill, all 4 of my shots went in the same hole.

~At the office, I worked on bulletins, helped mail year-end statements, helped take down an outdoor banner, worked on the newsletter.

~I stopped at Albertson's on the way home for chocolate icing.

~I made a Star doily in natural thread. It's actually a dishcloth pattern, but I don't make dishcloths. I could see this pattern used as a baby blanket in worsted yarn! This is a very easy, repetitive pattern.

~I made Mike a chicken bacon cheese wrap, sweet pickle & honey wheat pretzel supper.

~We watched In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale. This is a good fantasy movie where the good guys win.

~We watched Jonah Hex. It was pretty cool!

~Mike drove me to work & helped me finish the newsletters. I got the bulletins printed/folded stuffed, & started all that stuff for next week. Norm brought me a gift box of Godiva chocolate stuff from him & Mark, to thank me for making their lives so much easier!

~Date Nite: We did more concentrating on slowing down, finding sights & listening to our weapons. I found that I hold the gun to tight, which throws my shots off a little.
