Sour Cream Cornbread in Mixed Berry Jam Swirl, Apple Butter Swirl & Fiesta Cheese~Mike took me to work, where he checked on things before attending mass. I worked on bulletins, typed up minutes from last nights meeting & payed bills. We enjoyed coffee hour. I finished going through the parish books & called 3 people to inquire about their status.
~I made a Flapper Beanie in retro KMart Sayelle Teak/unknown Dusty Rose ombre.
~We had pepperoni/cheese omelet wraps for supper.
~We watched Conan the Barbarian. It was okay, but I prefer less blood & nudity.
Hello Catherine..Can you go into detail about this cornbread? My husband and I eat a lot of cornbread but I have never heard of this kind. Would love to know how to make it. Thank you, Catherine.

ReplyDeleteI use Jiffy cornbread mix. I mix 2 boxes with 2 eggs & 16oz sour cream. I then distribute the batter equally among the three 3-cup Pyrex dishes you see. I then either swirled in jam, apple butter or, for the cheese one, a 1/2 cup shredded cheese blend.
