Mmmmmm!

Granola Muffin


~We got groceries at Walmart & Smith's

~I made traditional Devil Eggs & Apple Craisin Pecan salad for Sabrina's party.

~I attended 10:30am service, helping Mell usher. I then helped Anne with Coffee Hour.

~I picked up Mike from work at 4pm then we helped out with CCW class.

    Apple Salad

    For a crowd-

    5 apples(I always choose 2 Pink lady & 1 Granny Smith, then 3 different other apples, depending on what looks best(gala, fuji, machintosh, etc).

    1 Tbsp lemon juice

    1/2 cup Craisins

    Mayo

    1/2 cup roasted/salted pecans

    Cut up the apples,leaving the skins on. Toss with lemon juice. Add just enough Mayo to moisten. Add Craisins and mix.

    Let set a few hours before serving. Stir in pecans just before serving.
