Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake

Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake-for a crowd

Ingredients:
1(18 1/4 oz)package yellow cake mix(I used a reduced-sugar version)
1 c sour cream
4 eggs
2/3 c vegetable oil
1 c packed light brown sugar(I used 1/2 c each brown sugar & baking Splenda)
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c chopped pecans

1.Heat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease 13x9x2" baking pan.
2.In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, and oil; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until batter is thick and well blended.
3.Spread 1/2 the batter into the prepared pan.
4.Combine the brown sugar, cinnamom & pecans; sprinkle over batter.
5.Carefully spread remaining batter on top; bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick tests done.
6.Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.

I let this cake sit, covered,at room temperature overnight.I got rave reviews from everyone who trued it.

*Note; You may want to try different fillings, maybe jam,for a totally different cake.
